The coercion-resistant framing is the right one - and sharper than most of what's being written in this space. The distinction between resources, reserves, production, and bankable supply alone is worth the read for anyone still confusing geological abundance with industrial delivery.

"High-capability, low-reliability partner" is the base case every allied minerals project should be running - not a political observation, not an edge case.

The piece does everything right except fully reckon with what happens when the resilience timeline meets a binary compliance deadline. That collision is where the industrial discipline argument gets hardest.
